About Nancy

Nancy has helped individuals and couples across the globe for over 35 years and in Greensboro for the last 20 years.
Dedicated to helping people fulfill their potential and create positive change to improve the quality of their lives.

Nancy Guttman has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1977 and has been in private practice in Greensboro since 1995. She has helped hundreds improve their relationships, overcome depression and anxiety, and open new lines of communication within families. She is a recognized authority in individual, couple, and family counseling. Nancy is also a certified IMAGO therapist and a certified divorce mediator. Nancy received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work in 1977. She has completed post-graduate training in marriage and family therapy. Nancy is a certified clinical social worker in North Carolina and Florida and a licensed family therapist in Israel. Her extensive experience includes directing a marriage and family center in Israel, working in a mental health clinic and acting as supervisor and consultant for other therapists. She has been in a private practice in North Carolina, Florida and Israel. Nancy has been married for over 35 years and is the proud mother of three wonderful children.
